When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship all orders within 2-3 business days.  We generally use USPS for all shipments.  Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love what you bought from us, so if something doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we'll gladly take it back.  Here are the rules:

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase.   All returns must be in new condition with tags still attached.  Sorry, but we are unable to offer refunds on anything that has been worn or used unless the product is defective.  We are also unable to offer refunds on product damaged due to normal wear and tear.  On exchanges, please return the item you don't want and place an order for the item you want in exchange.  Please carefully package your return along with a copy of your receipt and send it back to:

If you'd send us a quick message through our CONTACT US page to let us know it's on the way back, we'd sure love you for it!  We'd also really, really love you if you'd give us a reason for the return...just jot it down on your receipt or include it with your return e-mail.  We'll process your refund as soon as we can, but please understand it takes some banks several days to post a refund to your credit card.

Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to ship anywhere on the planet.  We'd ship to Mars if there was a way to do so.  Please note you are responsible for any duties or taxes on your end.

The item I ordered is a slightly different color and/or different style than what's pictured on your website.  What's up with that?
The "legalese" answer is, "Styles, colors,and specifications are subject to change without notice".  The simpler answer is we do our darnedest to represent the styles, colors, and specifications the best we can.  We often rely on our suppliers to provide us with this information, so if they change something that we aren't aware of, something might differ slightly from our descriptions.  Sometimes our suppliers run out of a particular style, so we may substitute with a very similar style in effort to keep items in stock.  Colors are a whole other ball of wax for a variety of reasons.  One reason is dye lots from the manufacturer can vary.  The other reason is different computer monitors often display colors different from the actual colors.  If you have any specific questions about a color, style, or specification of a particular item, please let us know so we can clarify any questions you may have.
